Adding a New Account
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- From the Tools Menu, choose Account Settings
- Enter Your Name, Email Address and Password in the corrct fields. Check the box that says Manually Configure Server Settings and click the Next Button
- Select Internet Email and click Next
- Enter Your Name, Email Address
For Account Type Choose POP3
Both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server should be filled in with email.yourdomain.com
Enter Your User Name and Email Password. User Name is Your Email Address (ex: you@yourdomain.com)
- Click the Next Button
- Click the Finish Button
Updating an Existing Account
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- From the Tools Menu, choose Account Settings
- On the Account Settings Window, Choose the E-Mail Account You Wish to Configure and Click Change

- Enter Your Name, Email Address
For Account Type Choose POP3
Both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server should be filled in with email.yourdomain.com
Enter Your User Name and Email Password. User Name is Your Email Address (ex: you@yourdomain.com)
- Click the Next Button
- Click the Finish Button
